Our bootcamps are high intensity training courses designed for individuals looking to safely and effectively push themselves to the next level of fitness. Divided into two sessions, our bootcamps will work your core and lower body. Then we hit your core and upper body for a complete total body work out.
Our personal training classes give you that specialized, individual attention you need to help you accomplish your fitness goals. During your session we provide you with assessments, balance and stability training, flexibility training, cardio and resistance training. We offer free consultations.
Zumba® is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves. You’ll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. The best part of it all is that it doesn’t even feel like exercise!
